Job Description

Assist customers in selecting jewellery by understanding their requirements, showcasing products, explaining features, pricing, and current offers to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Achieve sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, cross-selling, billing support, inventory coordination, visual merchandising, and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with clients to resolve audit observations and support timely completion of audit assignments.
